Deciding to have your home staged is a very important first step to take as you set in motion the plan to sell your home. By using a systematic approach to repositioning your furnishings and accessories, Dressed 2 Sell Staging will work to convey a remarkable first impression of your home.

As a Professional Home Staging and Redesign Company, Dressed 2 Sell Staging© recognizes that buyer’s emotions greatly influence their decisions when it comes to selecting a home. We believe that if a buyer feels an emotional bond to a home, they are more likely to buy that home.  So although our primary goal is to create visions of space, light and flow, we pay particular attention to creating emotional connection points that present rooms in a way that makes buyers want to live there.

The Formal Consultation:

Dressed 2 Sell Staging© will meet with you to discuss your objectives and expectations from the sale of your home. The consultation will allow us to take a fresh look at every room and discuss the use of space, light, color, furnishings and accessories.

We will confer upon how your home presents to a potential buyer, as well as discuss how well your home compares to its’ market competition.  Our discussions will include measures to create room views absent of distraction.

Please allow 1.5- 2 hrs. For the Home Staging Consultation.

If you are interested in a written customized report of the consultation, reports are available to you for an additional fee.

The Staging Plan…

Whether your home is furnished or vacant, we handle everything for our clients.  At the time of the consultation we photograph the interior of the home, and develop a room-by-room plan to furnish or redesign your spaces paying particular attention to the age and design features of the home.

Lead-time for home staging is approximately 7-10 days from your acceptance of the contract and receipt of your deposit, however; the time frame for home staging will be ultimately determined by the completion of any interior preparations that your home may require.

Vacant Home Staging

As with all consultations, we begin by visiting the home, taking photographs and developing a space plan that incorporates the age and style of the home.  From your acceptance of our proposal, Dressed 2 Sell Staging will provide all rental furniture and accessories direct to you from our Medford, NJ warehouses. You work directly with us; not 3rd party furniture rental companies.

The Process:  Our movers deliver the furniture to your home. Our staff stages the home, and after the home is sold, we return to de-stage the property.

Our flat fee for vacant home staging includes payment for staging activities, delivery, set up and removal of furnishings and accessories. Our contracts include 60 days of rental furnishings at no additional cost to you.

The Possibilities are endless with home staging…
